This policy explains how Omnavia Ltd ("we") collects and uses personal data through this website and our brands, including Lettora.

What we collect
When you book a demo, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, agency, email address, phone number, number of properties managed, the software you use, preferred times and any message you write.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Our web host keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.
Why we use it
- To arrange and hold your demo and reply to your questions.
- To follow up about Lettora if you've shown interest. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use trusted providers to run the site and our email: Netlify, which hosts this website and handles the form, and Microsoft, which provides our email. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google.
How long we keep it
We keep demo enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email us at the address above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We'll update this page if anything changes, for example if we start using analytics or advertising tools.
